Your First Day: Each day you will need to park your car and walk your children into camp and check them in. Be sure and stop by the camp office to pick up your child's T-shirt (You receive one free t-shirt, each additional will cost $15).		Field Trip Costs: Each week there will be scheduled field trips. These trips are not included in the cost of tuition and you must pay separate. The cost of the field trips will include ticket into venue, transportation and parking. If you are able to chaperone and/or drive for field trips please let the camp office know. Please refer to calendar for field trip costs.

Hours: Camp operates from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Morning drop off is from 7:00 and 9:00 and this is supervised unstructured playtime. Afternoon pick up is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. You must park your car and walk into the camp to pick up and check out your child. No child will be released to anyone not listed on their registration paper unless by written consent the day of. Children will also not be released to anyone under the age of 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.	Lunch: Students are required to bring $10 for lunch at the location of the field trip or must bring a packed lunch. Please check the calendar to see which field trips need sack lunches and which need money.	Extended Camp Care Hours: Camp offers extended camp care between 7:00 - 9:00 am and from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Please check the tuition schedule for cost information if you will be requiring extended day care. A late fee of $5 per minute per child will be due and payable in cash for every minute after 6:00 pm. This is unstructured play and not encouraged for campers who may need more direct supervision or assistance. Please consult a director if you have concerns.
